Position Overview:
Our Sales Associates understand that the best source for your next relationship is your last one, so every client is very important. That concept is at the heart of our success. The successful applicant will be familiar (and hopefully enthusiastic) with custom high end home electronics. You will be trained extensively in product knowledge, and backed up by seasoned professionals. We are looking for someone who is independent, optimistic and intelligent, plus someone able to establish a lasting rapport quickly with others.
Site visits to client’s homes, design and consultation meetings with builders, architects, and custom home owners, along with high end audio and video retail selling all play a part in this interesting position.
This is a commission sales environment, backed up with a guaranteed base wage. The right sales associate in this position can expect to make between $50,000.00 and $120,000.00 per year.
Education and Experience Required:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Years of customer service or sales experience in the electronics field.
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada without sponsorship.
Own their own vehicle
Knowledge and Skills Required:
Strong communication skills are mandatory for this position - must be fluent in English
Proven ability to multitask and stay organized.
Ability to establish rapport quickly with others.
Own a laptop computer
Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office programs.
