You can download Windows Media Connect 2.0. at:

It is no longer available on the Microsoft website, as they built it into Windows Media Player 11. If you have Media Player 11, you do not need Media Connect 2.0. All you need to do is; go into the Library & make sure the “Media Sharing” box is ticked. You may have to go to Advanced Settings to tell the computer to find & allow the RXV3800 to talk to the computer.
